At LUX, we stand behind the quality of our digital products. Because of the nature of downloadable digital goods, we have the following refund policy in place:

Digital Products

Due to the instant-delivery nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a digital product has been delivered to your email, it cannot be returned.

Exceptions

We will gladly issue a full refund in the following circumstances:

  • You were charged multiple times for the same product due to a technical error.
  • The product you received is materially different from what was described on the product page.
  • You are unable to access or download your product after purchase and our support team cannot resolve the issue within 48 hours.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund under the exceptions above, please contact us at support@lux.store within 7 days of your purchase with:

  • Your order number
  • The email address used for the purchase
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
